Ordering
Big Mosida Burger – Single with added jalapenos ($10.50): ¼ lb. Mosida Farms smashed beef, topped with American cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, and a special spread [ordered by DK/Marissa]
Whole Farmhouse Burger – Double ($15): 2x ¼ lb. beef patties, topped with American cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, bacon, egg, and a special spread [ordered by Angela/Trevor, Wayne/Innie/Sumana/Will]
Side of tallow fries ($5) [ordered by Angela/Trevor]
The Burgers
Patty: juicy and well-seasoned; seared in beef tallow and hit all the umami notes. All members agreed the patties are amazing.
Buns: held up all the burger juice!
Toppings: gooey cheese; sunny-side up egg, chewy and peppery bacon
The Sides
Tallow fries: hot from the fryer and addicting! They were cooked perfectly, and we were lucky that they made a extra and decided to give us a full tin of fries.
Self-service condiments: ketchup, mayo, mustard, BBQ sauce, cholula, sriracha, and Farmhouse sauce
Drinks: soda fountain machine; also the market has other drinks for sale
TIP: Definitely get extra Farmhouse Sauce to dip your fries (or burger) in!
Miscellaneous
– Easy and open street parking
– There’s a butcher shop in the back of the space. Definitely worth checking out!
– How to order: Cashless system with two tablets on the front counter where you order your food. The workers would deliver food to you when it’s ready..
– Genius that they have a sink with soap in the dining area
– There’s 1 restroom at the back of the market.
